Senior UI/UX Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for web, mobile, and other digital platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Marketing) to define and implement design solutions addressing user needs and business objectives
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive UI designs for responsive digital products
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iteratively improve design concepts
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and detailed user flow diagrams to guide design decisions
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all design deliverables
• Advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and industry standards
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UI and UX disciplines
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or ability to collaborate closely with front-end developers for accurate design implementation
• Strong ability to communicate design decisions effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design improvements
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in ambiguous or complex design challenges
