Xperate Move into Prestigious New Offices

2024 has brought about a significant milestone for Xperate, as the company officially settled into its new office located in the heart of Winchester. This strategic move reflects Xperate's commitment to supporting its continuous growth and fostering a collaborative environment for its UK-based team. The decision to transition to the new space was carefully considered by the Management board, who unanimously agreed on Staple House as the ideal location during the autumn of the previous year.

The transformation of the office space at Staple House has been a huge success, with a major re-fit aimed at creating a bright, modern workspace that inspires creativity and facilitates seamless collaboration and teamwork. The design and layout of the new office are crafted to encourage networking, ensuring that team members can easily connect and share ideas. The environment is geared towards enhancing communication and harnessing a sense of unity among the employees, aligning with Xperate's ethos of valuing the power of teamwork.

While Xperate remains committed to offering a hybrid working model, the move signals a shift towards a more office-centric approach. The majority of the staff will now be based in the office for a minimum of three days a week, a strategic decision influenced by the successful working practices observed in other high-growth companies.
