Xperate is pleased to announce the appointment of Hayley Burrey as Head of Sales.
In this new role, reporting to CEO and co-Founder Simon Hill, Hayley will lead and grow Xperate’s global sales channels. Hayley brings considerable experience to the role as she has previously held Sales Director positions leading teams of over 35 tech salespeople and managers for a leading infrastructure services plc, as well as major UK mobile telecommunications company. Most recently, Hayley negotiated a UK Distribution Agreement with an international manufacturer and founded a successful start-up business.
Her initial focus will be on developing new sales channels and business opportunities for Xperate. Hayley will play a vital role by leading our strategic sales plans in both existing and new markets, whilst helping establish new business partnerships. Hayley will join the UK Management Board team.
Hayley’s appointment continues Xperate’s rapid growth since being founded by Simon Hill and Mark Garnish in September 2021 with the company now employing over 65 staff, with more positions in the pipeline over the coming months.
