Sayalee Pawar Joins Xperate as a Talent Acquisition Manager

Due to Xperate’s continued rapid growth and commitment to delivering top-quality software solutions and innovations, Xperate welcomes Sayalee Pawar to their team as their Talent Acquisition Manager at our Pune office.

Sayalee has over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and change management within global organisations. Specialising in IT recruitment, HR and organisation development, she brings to Xperate a plethora of experience in sourcing high-quality candidates for a mix of positions. These include Project Managers, Developers, Cyber Security experts, Network Engineers, Test Managers, Data Specialists, and UX Designers.

Sayalee has been tasked with finding the best talent, and recruiting them to Xperate. Her role encompasses collaborating with dynamic teams and shaping the recruitment strategies. She will be managing the full cycle recruitment process and will continue to cultivate a positive experience for job candidates.

Sayalee has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She started her career by recruiting high-end technical professionals in the IT industry in Pune, India. Further career development included working remotely for a company based in Virginia, USA and a few years later at an Australian-based company, again remotely, before joining Xperate on March 1st 2024.

Life outside of the office

Away from the office, Sayalee’s main passion is cooking. She is extremely enthusiastic about learning to cook food from different cultures, particularly Italian. There is a growing trend for international cuisines in India and Sayalee has thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with all kinds of different ingredients and flavours.
