With 2025 well and truly underway, we'd like to reflect on 2024 and what a fantastic year it was for Xperate.
The addition of new talent, new offices and expansions into new continents kept us extremely busy. We also had the opportunity to support a number of key events throughout the year.

New Locations
2024 was a year of growth for Xperate. Our team grew, and we also expanded into 3 new countries, with Xperate now operating in 4 different continents across the globe.

Staff Success
2024 was also a huge success for our team. With Xperate only being founded in 2021, we were extremely proud to surpass 100 members of staff back in December. This is a fantastic achievement for us and truly highlights our exponential growth.
Last year, we introduced the Xperate MVP award. This is a competition held in our Pune office to find and celebrate the standout performer within the team. We'd like to once again congratulate, Mayur Patil, Senior Software Developer, who was the worthy winner of our MVP Award. He was rewarded with a trip to the UK to attend our birthday lunch and see the sights!
Also in Pune, we held our Directors Awards. This is a company event where Xperate's top-performing members of the team were recognised by our Directors. This was followed by an evening of celebration which was thoroughly enjoyed by all those who attended. Not only this, but our Pune team also held a company day, where COO Mark Garnish and CTO Bharat Gidde were proud to offer a number of our team well-deserved promotions.
