Key Responsibilities
- Estimating the effort required and the resources needed to deliver projects to the agreed timescales
- Provide technical help and mentor the project team
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and ensuring development standards are being followed
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans
- Track utilisation of resources and monitor schedule
- Participate in code-reviews
- Package and support deployment of releases
- Assist in the documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time
- Assessing areas for improvement the product / project and processes and discuss these with stakeholders
- Participation in regular client calls as required
- Prepare regular project status reports in conjunction with Project Managers as agreed
- Design and code Proof of Concept code for any particularly challenging project requirements.
